This line is usually granted as you reach the level requirement. For my SK I was browsing AA to buy and noticed it was not auto granted upon reaching 115. It can be purchased for 0 AA, though.
Do you have autogrant turned on? With my autogrant turned on, it purchased it automatically. So it might be something that happens if you don't have autogrant turned on.
It is possible this is related to a bug in the Heroic Character claims. At some point when bringing Miragul online, they messed with the automatic aa grant for HCs. This isn't an issue for All Access accounts, as they can just turn on Autogrant and get the aas they should. But for Silver/FTP accounts using Heroic Characters, they ended up with 85 level toons with zero aas. https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq...racter-claims-bugged-zero-aas-granted.262291/ This has been marked fixed so it's possible the Innate aas will work again without Autogrant turned off. Who knows? I'll check the next time I have an SK, Paladin or Ranger (among others) level.
