Enchanters: are you seeing high Deceive resists?

On dinging 111, I scribed the new single target mez Deceive and use it in old content, but I am seeing a ridiculous amount of resists, way more than with Delude. Are you seeing this as well?

Did you go from rank 3 to rank 1?

Rank 1 of both lines is -10 mr, rank 2 is -25 mr, rank 3 is -40 mr.

Just a moderate number of resists on my Enchanter, have to Tash if I want to be sure Deceive lands. It was worse at 111, probably because the level difference vs the mobs matters. It became much less of a problem at lv 115, especially after getting rk 2.

Overall, nothing unusual. TBL had a massive issue with resists in some zones at first. ToV seems pretty normal.

Wow this is atrocious. Back to Delude in ROS zones

Probably need to wait until 115, and check your AA lines.
