Perplexing Wave

    On raids tonight, lvl 115 enchanter was using Perplexing Wave rk 3 so we could all use the same spell to AE mez, because not everyone was lvl 115 and had new spells.

    As a 113 Enchanter, I couldn't land the same Perplexing Wave rk 3 on the mobs that were already mezzed by the 115 Enchanter.

    Got:
    Your Perplexing Wave Rk.III did not take hold on a gusty mephit. (Blocked by Perplexing Wave Rk.III)

    We were using lvl 109 Perplexing Wave Rk. III.

    Also, this was on 3.1 raid, The Palace Gates while mezzing the mephits obv.
