Hi, Can a character from a Live server that meets all transfer requirements be transferred to Mangler? I've seen conflicting information about this. Thanks!

Definitely not. What do you mean by "meets the transfer requirements"? Mangler is still in Velious, or Luclin right now, there is almost a zero percent chance that you would only have on you items/skills and abilities that only exists in the time frame. My suggestion to you is to create a new character on the server and have fun!
Thanks for the replies. I do have new characters on Mangler, I was just curious. Just started playing after 10 years. A lot of things to re-learn or learn about. Cheers
