The Chat font size of all of your Non-Chat box texts can be frustrating edited every patch, Or Go into the options and select a Lower screen resolution than the one you are currently using. Yes this will make the UI look like total puke pile until you get it rearranged nicely, and Yes all the different UI elements will be larger, but it will not be affected by every patch.
