Looking for a keyboard shortcut as an alternative to opening the inventory window and clicking the Skills button. Surely someone has thought about implementing a hotkey or macro for showing the skills window directly ... or maybe not ...
I also wondered about this often. There is not an option listed at the key options but I found a way to make a hotbutton for the skill window. Click on the EQ button and hover your mouse pointer over the character menue. Then long press the left mouse button on "Skill" to create the hotbutton and drop it into a free slot. Voila !
