I just got the GMM belt on ly Cleric with the combo effect i was looking to see how often the ae heal goes off but i havent scene it happen is there a certain set of spells that triggers this? please let me know Thanks
The proc chance is based on the cast time of the spell according to (one on the top is the same as the one on the bottom except it adds a spell damage bonus to it as well) : It also is limited to the group and not an AE heal: [50839] Holy Soothing Target: Target Group Range: 100', AE Range: 100' Resist: Beneficial, Blockable: Yes Focusable: Yes Casting: 0s 1: Increase Current HP by 5000 Remedies (0.5 sec cast time) do proc it, but I am not sure what the proc chance percentage for those heals is since the description noted above starts at 2s. I think most direct heals should be capable of proc'ing it. As to how much it actually procs, it's hard to say but to give you an idea here's a heal parse from a recent TBL clear (keeping in mind that all heal parses are variable and you may get more or less healing from it depending on your healing environment): It landed for me almost twice as much as Tunare's Grace, a passive group heal proc ability which only has about an 8% chance to proc from direct heal casts, though it had a much lower average heal (19485 compared to 34842) due to having a much lower base heal (5000 compared to 15000). It's still very decent healing for being something you get from just wearing a belt with either of the spell effects linked above, and not having it means missing out on at least 1-3m potential healing a night on our clears. It's definitely worth having as a healer if you don't need (or can't use) one of the belts with the other procs. The group belts from GMM and TBL have these procs, I think, so even healers who aren't able to obtain the raid belts have access to it.
how would this work with a heal spell thats castable on a weapon? The spell fits the mana and cast time requirements but not sure how it would work on a proc of that spell.
The question is does it check for the mana cause to be used or does it look for a spell that had a cost of 100 mana there are weapon procs with castable spells on them.
So just so im 100% clear on this a player castable spell that fits the mana and healing requirements will not trigger this belts effect if its on a weapon proc?

should work on Dragonkiller (the other two are nukes, detrimental not beneficial), but it's pretty unimaginable the tradeoff in dps would be worth it
I’d be interested if it works off of dragonkiller, I think it depends if it checks the player mana to fire, because I actually don’t think it really takes player mana but I don’t know
