Can all/most of BiC be done out of order as group trials/raids allow? I've been told the Temporary Power Cell D from the riddler will only drop if you are at that point in the quest and Alla makes mention that the Vxed step Craft a Clockwork Scout Shell will only succeed if you are at that step, but can the rest be done early? Example the Inky group trials to get the Cloak from Tri Fates or all the primals in Yxtta? Thanks!
You can preloot all the chalk/mud/dust. I believe you can also preloot the shawl that drops from the bubble event. All the keys for Riwwi, the pages for Barindu, the named drops from Sewers, all the drops from Tipt and Vxed except the riddler power cell, the pages from Yxtta, the Ikkinz shawl and the Shards from Qvic, Inktuta, Txevu and Tacvi.
