The above selo list can only be described as done by someone who doesn't even play on the server, at best. As for the op, probably best to use gen chat in game and talk to members of guilds and get a feel.
Keeping up with a kill board on a server with one month unlocks would be a nightmare. That said, are there kills that people have submitted to him that aren't showing up?
