Apparently they loot lock to the person saying the phrase.
So an oversight, probably other mobs will loot lock that have people
trigger them with a phrase as well.

(just to clarify) it makes it so if you cannot roll loot, have to have person leave on corpses and loot the old fashion way, which is a pain in the to some degree.

You shouldn't be exploiting the bug of multiple sisters.

This is how sister farming gets nerfed btw.
