Easiest fix is to just come to selos. you can be 65 in no time, and you leave all the macro/charmgate/kronofarming numpties behind There're double named spawns too, so less time is spent hanging around waiting on things to pop... like key mobs.
Charm and gate are pretty long casts you could of easily dispelled the mob as he was casting Gate a Pumice is like 10 plat from the vendor with a 3 second cast

From the patch notes on test. - NPCs will now remember damage credit when blurred. - NPCs will now remember damage credit when charmed. - Teleportation spells will now break charm. and just for funsies... - When an NPC is spawned via an item turn in, that NPC is now loot locked (indicated by an asterisk preceding their name and an added "(loot locked)" to their con message) to the player who did the turn in for thirty minutes. During this window if the NPC is killed by anyone, the player who spawned it will be given kill credit and have access to the loot. These NPCs will not reward experience. If the player who spawned the NPC is not in the zone but is in a group or raid, then the group or raid will receive kill credit and the original player will have access to the loot when zoning back in. However, if the player is not in the zone and is not part of a group or raid, then kill credit is handled normally (as if the NPC is not loot locked). Normal loot rules apply after the NPC is killed.
Nice you snowflakes made it so that people using illegal 3rd party programs get to autowin every low HP mob.
Or normal groups (and raids for memblur) don't have to worry about someone charming their mob? the answer of hey be ready to dispell the mob and hope you didnt have a bunch of debuffs on it isn't fun gameplay
Because playing a PVE game PVP griefer style while getting off on all of the negative feedback on the game's forum is somehow the height of alpha male virility.
