Made a new character and then bought the Heroic Character from the marketplace. However, it is showing 0 heroic character upgrades on the character select screen. Is there something special I have to do for this to actually show up? My account purchases show the heroic was purchased and the marketplace cash taken out.
You might have to launch the account from the launchpad. I haven't had this problem, though, so this is just a guess.
