If this is a "support" forum, shouldn't there be support posts?

I only looked through a dozen or so threads but didn't see a single staff poster.

    Just sayin'.

It really shouldn't need to be said, but staff, developers, and community managers are under a set of rules that dictate what threads they can respond to. For example, there are several threads in this forum where the OP is complaining about problems with Everquest, but the problem is actually with their PC, router, ISP, blah blah blah. The staff aren't allowed to respond to that because it would make them liable for damage to their already malfunctioning system. This forum is really for everquest related problems that can be fixed, like bugs with quests, server transfers and other things.

That being said, there are threads that should have a response but don't. If you find a bug with the game, you can be sure that it will be looked into. Quality of life issues probably don't belong here. There is a thread for that in veteran's lounge, I believe.

Player Support - support by players primarily.
