Trying to make this, I am a high elf cleric and have the skill and components, but its says i don't meet the requirements to make what am i missing ? I can make all the parts no problems but i can combine the last step. Yes i am at the high elf forge also. Elven Chainmail Neckguard
Two types of forges are installed in the workshop near the bank. Culture smithing is synthesized in a designated forge. If you can not, it may be a later era.
I would be glad to help you figure this out in game, and I would also be willing to pay for your time to make a set for my HE Cleric as well.
