Will Wizards be able to crit on Mangler Pre-Luclin?

As I recall Wizards could crit without AAs and pre-Luclin on TLPs. You can start getting critical hits around level 12 or so as I remember.

    Is this accurate?

    Thanks much!

I remember getting crits on my wizard on Lockjaw, the last TLP I actively played, during Classic/Kunark.

Yes Wizards have spell crits hard-coded in. When they can start critting I am not sure I just know its after 10 and before 20.

Wizard start critting at level 12.

Now I am curious to know is there a stat that affects their spell crits? I know DEX affects crits for rogues, Warriors, and Rangers

Yes, they crit innately from level 12, the base chance is about 1% before aa

Didn't CHA effect divine intervention too? Some weird stuff.

    The truth is out there.

This is true. CHA affects how often DI type spells heal the target for their full potential. As for wizzie crits I've never heard of any base stat affecting those.

IIRC the crit chance is 2% for wizards. Nothing increases it.
