Ranger arrow spells question

So these spells use the archery skill...

Does that mean they are affected by Ranged Finesse or Destructive Fury? Are the hits considered magical?

I want to buy one of the conflagrant belts, but difficult choice between quick and ingenious. If the arrow spells are all magic then the ingenious is probably superior if all I do is ranged attacking.

Ranged Finesse

Ingenious won't boost the damage of Anticipated/Focused, but will add damage to Summers and the Summers part of Dicho

Quick will boost proc damage, including weapon augs, Obulus Strike, poisons/potions (Dragonmagic), brd/enc/dru spell procs, assorted Synergy procs.

For group play, quick all the way on a ranger.

Funny, I was going to say the same thing for raids, since there's so many more procs to be had

Quick belt is going to be the best 90% of the time, Overall your going to do more "sustained" dps with melee than you are with /autofire, I know there are posts here that say otherwise, but just staight up /attack on or /autofire on I find that melee wins out every time

And with melee you get a lot of procs that get boosted from the quick belt.
