Hi daybreak Please consider what many considered to be major issues that may have significantly impacted your subscriber number when making these new TLPs. I really want to play on these new servers but dont want to see the same issues. Whether these changes confer with what original everquest was like is irrelevant; these TLPs are something different. Suggestions are below: Double xp rate from coiraniv xp rate Make all classes available from start regardless of starting expansion Decrease time in classic and kunark to 1.5-2 months each or combine classic and kunark instead of having them be separate Remove truebox code or consider allowing 2 or 3 accounts per IP address Decrease threshold for pick zones by 1/2 Increase spawn rate/drop rate of VP key pieces Put AoC in both servers and consider reducing reset time by 1/2 **Allow all mobs to spawn in instance versions of zones** Continue to have monthly events (dbl xp/dbl loot/increased rare spawn/decreased instance timers) Change Sleepers Tomb to have the "sleeping sleeper" loot throughout the entire velious expansion regardless of whether some dopey guild decides to wake up sleeper or not. Consider having pet hold available in expansions prior to luclin Consider allowing players to obtain 8th coldain shawl during velious (allow us to obtain JC component) Consider allowing players to reach 250 all tradeskills without AA Reduce DBG krono cost to make it more competitive with krono farmers and potentially decrease their presence.
You have one very good point here, one of the big things that most casual players never got to experience was the original sleepers tomb, and you can bet some momo grifing "uber" guild will join the Ultra Casual server just to awaken the sleeper and ruin it for everyone. If nothing else, they should at least put original and new sleepers tomb on the AoC.
You'll take your copy pasta clones of previous TLP's then buy xp pots, 40 slot backs and mounts in Luclin and you'll like it.
