I've had 2 drop in a mission. Was good run, there was only 3 of us and 1 of them didn't need em so me and the other guy split the 2 that dropped
For me, the items have actually dropped at a pretty good rate. I was very surprised. I may have done 12 total missions and have seen 3 shoulders, 2 boots, 1 ring and 1 glove. I also had 2 missions drop 2 items. This mission can be done with a tank and a bard or enc. The first two waves can be split so you get singles. Then the final wave of 4 usually has mobs which can be mezed. The only thing which slows you down is the constant switching of targets.
It's fixed now, they added that lockout after discovering people would loot, drop task and do over and over.
