Since the forums and the server status page were down the other night, I just went to Twitter and found what I needed. Simple enough.
Some folks don't like or use Twitter......The boards are supposed to be the primary source of information and lack of communication from our hosts...........
You don't have to have a Twitter account to view public posts. It's obviously the best option to get information when your company's website and forums are down.
