All sorts of things on Povar are broken - Quest givers etc

    Hailing the Herald of Druzzil Ro and saying Time will not take you to Plane of Time
    Clayton Teek is not responding to hails
    Many other quest givers are just plain ignoring my hails or keywords.

    Whats going on?
