Yes, our alts get a crap ton of gear. If anyone doesn't like gear, CT is likely not a good place for you. Also, due to split raiding, almost all of our mains should have a mount by next expansion. If stuff like trying to take care of the whole guild and not just the top 20 appeals to you, CT may be the place to call home.
Moving to Crimson Tempest was the best choice I ever made, fantastic leadership and folks who will drop everything to help you.
