After latest Patch, when I attempt to log in, game shuts down.

    After I corrected the issues I had with the custom UI I use, I attempted to load the game and after selecting my character, the game shuts down. I have included here the last few lines of text from dbg.txt. If more is needed, prodvid an email address I can send it to. I hope you can help. Thank you.

    Though I haven't encountered this myself, a few of my guildies have experienced similar issues. It seems to be intermittent though.

    If you haven't tried it already I might try validating game assets via options in the launcher.

    I know after the patch I was having some weird issues with certain AA's showing up as "Unknown String" or something to that effect. I reran the validation a couple times and it cleared it up. I know that's nothing compared to the game crashing, but worth a shot.

    No joy. I tried that a couple of times and tried to log a couple of characters and still crashed. Thanks for the info though.

    I think that there are ui files that they change but do not list in the game update notes. My game was shutting down exactly like that, even though I had copied all the listed changed ui files from default to custom folder. So I recreated the custom folder by first making a copy of the default folder and then copying each of my mods back into that new custom ui folder. It worked.

    Well, after all of that, I was able to find an update to the UI. So, I lost my hotkeys and layouts and pretty much had to start it over, but at least I get to keep using the UI.
