Patch Update Please

While I understand patches don't always go as planned and there may be delays, not managing the expectations of customers is inexcusable.

It has been going on over three hours since we have had an update on the (estimated) 6-hr patch. Even a message sent out every hour or so that the issues are still being worked on would be welcome, if no new finite deadline is provided.

Servers will remain locked for an additional period as we continue to patch. There is currently no ETA, but we will continue to provide information as it becomes available. Apologies for the delay, and thank you for your continued patience!
