I like to keep the Sit/Stand command copied from the Actions window in a hot bar. For many years this has worked well. Recently, however, the copy is not reporting the same as the original. If I recall correctly it stays Stand.
You can make your own custom socials. Make one that says /sit and another one that says /stand. Simple.
