So, tonight I learned the Shrunken Goblin Skull clicky unlocks a perma-AA. Neat! Are there other clickies that do that as well?
At least on live servers almost all clickie buff items will provide a passive AA so you don't have to click them over and over to keep the buffs up. I believe Fanra's wiki site has a list of the buffs that will become a passive AA. Some clickies will still need to be clicked depending on what the actual buff is like invis or lev clickies. Also if you encounter a mob that can dispel you the buffs can leave your window but I am unsure if they remain active. I always just reclick most of mine here and there to make sure they populate my buff window.

Remember, once you click it, you can click off the buff because it does nothing. Unless you want them on fights that dispel buffs.
