The 13th Anniversary mission: Rumor Has It... from Sam Napth in PoK is not letting my group enter the mission instance. Several minutes of saying 'send' keeps giving us the same "A strange magical presence... " message. P. S. I've tried to drop the mission and its not removing from my quest log after several minutes. P.P.S. Major chat lag is occuring. Several minutes have gone by since I've said something in guildchat on one account, and no update on another account.
