Yes, you can buy it now and claim it next week on Coirnav. You can't go wrong buying it now, and if they happen to release a new bag next week or shortly after, you will be able to buy that one as well and claim a second. Usually the previous one can no longer be purchased once the new one is released. If it is sitting in your claim you can still claim it later.
