Does this effect the Chaotic Inferno Line? If not, it's useless, since we have no upgrade to the Fickle spell and its seemingly been replaced by the Chaotic line, which I'm very happy about it. It would seem common sense that this AA effect the chaotic line, but it is not in the spell description.... So what's the word? if it doesn't affect the Chaotic line it's useless.
Ranks 1-3 add no benefit, but Rank 4 adds an extra charge to Flames of Power for any spell that procs it. This includes Chaotic Inferno.
