    Gates of Discord unlocked at 3pm PST, on the dot. Get thee to Abysmal Sea!
    This. A few people asked me directly if I could "flip the switch" on Gates and I explained that I could not. As we saw when I tried this when Planes of Power launched, the scripts that govern expansion unlocks would likely re-lock the expansion until the scripts were satisfied that it was the right time.

    The Berserker Tomes vendors are up in Plane of Knowledge. It takes several minutes for spawns with expansion unlock requirements to activate.
