Voted for it, as this falls solidly into the "mildly annoying" category for me. Tbh I didn't even know EF: Earth had this issue, just that very occasionally (I don't really use it) something would set off my Shield of Consequence trigger without SoC actually wearing off. It was infrequent enough that I never looked to find out what it was, though. I agree though that it would be a nice QoL improvement for those that do use it for whatever (non-exploity) reason.
The Earth is a group buff, one isn't even protected against its disruption by not using it oneself I ~always run Water, but several guild magician have been using earth versus the AE-heavy encounters of EOK's second half.
Really real magicians only use Earth form because they want to to look like a pile of dirt and rock. So sexay....
