I imagine this is one of many items that were removed altogether from the VT drop tables many years ago. To answer your question though: No, AoS never saw a single pair of these in all the TVKs we killed both in split instances and open world so it's likely removed or has an abysmally low drop %.
Hmmm, I know a lot were taken out sadly no mention about these in particular vs a few others. Namely knight shield and mana regen plate legs etc.
never saw a pair in ~20 TVK's other items that had been removed and never dropped the 2h weapons with +disease, fire, something damage? wand of deflection? think a 2nd shield besides the icy one got taken out?

Confirmed doesn't drop after changes. Makes me lean more into the camp that boots don't either b/c all items with that type of click seem to not be around anymore. Pretty sure that suspected shroud was replaced with http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=12901
No it doesn't drop.. That for sure is one of the items that were removed.. Best you can do is that Icy whatever shield

So what are the chances of this being added back in? these are the only good tank boots int he expac. The fabled still drops it, so no reason they should of been removed.
I can confirm the Fabled version of this mob in VT still drops the non-fabled version of these boots, which means they were dropping on the non-fabled boss up until at least when Fabled VT was added...which was many years after the loot was revamped in VT. I vote to add them back in, they are perfectly era appropriate for VT. I don't want them on a warrior, but Knight's may want these.
