Wizard Damage Shields

    I've been messing around on a baby wizard. I had played one a very long time ago.

    It got me thinking, what happened to the Wizard damage shield spell lines? If memory serves, even some Velious-era raid gear had DS clickies for wizards.

    I wonder what reasoning/rationale devs had to end the DS line for wizards and handover to Magicians.

    Thoughts?

    C'mon Kiz... Magicians had DS's (and always been better ones than wiz) since '99, that's definitely not something we stole... *Chaotic Fire is what you should be talkin about there* ;)

    Don't cry over 'em though... they became insignificant, except for PL purposes, since oh, around PoP era or so... 1 wiz nuke is worth about 5,000 DS strikes.
