Question on Fellowship Vitality

I have 4 characters that are max AA and am looking to distribute their experience to 3 new heroic toons to build them up.

My plan was to use the XP sharing system while farming gear in EoK to generate vitality, and then grind Tears of Alaris while grouped with the three new toons to consume the vitality. I hoped to boost the new toons to a point where they could join me in EoK and I could just get them leveled there, so I'm prioritizing leveling XP over AA XP.

After the first night I had some 10% regular vitality and 60% AA vitality. I spent the regular vitality quickly and ignored the AA Vitality.

I'm not sure how vitality works. It appears there are two pools, one for regular XP (that can reach 10 levels worth of vitality) and one for AAXP (that can reach your AA cap worth of vitality).

My question is: If the AA vitality is capped, does each character earn more regular XP vitality?

For posterity, these are the information sources I found that didn't answer the above question (Or did and I missed it)

Thanks for this post, if only because I completely forgot that fellowship XP sharing exists.

After some loose testing this weekend done without any rigor it appears that:
    1. AA vitality feeds into general leveling, as in one levels faster with AA vitality.
    2. When one has both general vitality and AA vitality, general leveling is faster than just AA vitality. I don't know if it's 5x vs 3x or 8x vs 3x, but it feels like 8x vs 3x.
    3. When ones' AA vitality bar is full, their general vitality bar levels faster. I'm not 100% on this though.

I'm not confident on the above and didn't do any controlled tests, this was just from my perception. But this is good news for anyone trying to use the vitality system.
