Has anyone tested why it fades so quickly? I read on an old thread that it's counting procs (not supposed to tho) but Im not sure I buy that. Its fading sometimes in less than 2.5 seconds (too quick to get a fuse off sometimes) in a group. I cant believe there are 24 spells and procs of anything in 2.5 seconds in a 6 man group. I suspect that something is overwriting/blocking it instead.

The line of spells was using Limited Use Type 3 (consume charge when hit by any detrimental spell) rather than 7 (consume charge when the focus effect is triggered). It should be fixed for the next full patch.
