Heroic Characters

    Will there be a point where heroic characters will be offered on Phinny? Thinking of coming back, but really not interested in the 1-40ish game. Been there, done that.

    Plus, I imagine other than the BST out there, the levelling crowd will be a bit limited.

    They did level 55's on Fippy during PoP, or GoD, forget which. Guaranteed this is the plan and that's why the xp is absurdly slow.

    Many many many. Heroic characters start at level 85 with ear appropriate gear. It will be a long time before any of the 3 newer TLPs get there.
