Same thing for me, won't launch but when I go to the site to re download, the download page won't load up - nothing works tried all the suggestions, and also when I try to add patchme after eqgame.exe on a shortcut on desktop - (both with " after exe and without and just a space between exe and patchme ) it says the path is invalid - but when I hit open folder it goes straight to it.

It is definitely Launchpad, as I can get in via [Unmentioned 3rd Party Software], but once I need to patch I'm gonna be screwed. And no way to re-install eq as it won't connect to that page

Also it will not connect to any of these links

    1. Windows Proxy Settings: Please refer to the Knowledgebase article for assistance with these steps: http://help.soe.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/28400
    2. LP4 Cache Settings: If some cached information is preventing the LP4 from working properly, they can clear the LP4 cache by going to the game's folder and finding the launchpad.libs folder. From there, delete the launchpad.cache folder and try accessing the game once again. Please refer to the Knowledgebase article for assistance with these steps: http://help.soe.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/29017
    3. Anti-Virus / Firewall Software: It is not advisable to fully disable AV/FW software, but you will want to make sure the proper exceptions have been made for all security software.
