    Does anyone know if this was ever fixed? Couldn't find anything in the patch notes about it.

    They were never able to fix the scaling to work properly, so the Arms/Legs were left at their level 75 base.

    Use Highwater legs/arms or get raid stuff.

    They removed the scaling focus because it wasn't working. Legs should be Fero X now and arms Cleave VII 26

    Thanks and bummer.

    On the raw crypt-hunter it's Cleave 27 and Fero XI so it looks like the legs are worth wearing over the highwater.
