According to patch notes I found via a p99 forum post, the level 51 Ranger spell "Strength of Nature" was added to the game January 9, 2001 - just a month after the release of Velious. http://www.tski.co.jp/baldio/patch/20010109.html Cerila Windrider in Kelethin is the only merchant listed selling the spell on p99 wiki and the only merchant listed on allakhazam selling the spell that is currently in game. She however, does not have the spell for sale. I tried searching the forums for posts regarding this but it has just been giving back the error message "The server did not respond in time. Please try again."

T Thanks for the backhanded response. I said I tried using the forum search engine, but it is still spitting back errors. I shouldn't have to manually look through forum posts on the internet.
It wasn't meant to be backhanded, but just pointing out that a glance at the top page would have done the job. It's not like the thread had a misleading name.
