   Trying to recover an old account of mine, unsure why support has not contacted me when it has been a week already since I started ticket.. is anyone in these forums able to further assist me with this issue??? thank you.

   I too had the same problem, all access members (gold account) get priority over f2p accounts. Once i did all access, i got a reply pretty quick and they sorted my issue out.

   In general, it is taking longer than a week to reply to petitions. Be patient a while longer.
