Vilnius the Small

    hello, is Vilnius the small currently in this version of TLP or will he not be available until kunark? ive seen his PH running around the bandit camp, but he never seems depop and spawn Vilnius

    Vilnius the Small, along with many other epic-related NPCs, will not make an appearance on Progression servers until the Ruins of Kunark is unlocked.
