Plane of Storms frog is on roids

    Are you on test server?


    Check the Test patch thread. A duplicate of the level 44 cleric nuke was put in the spell file, except it does 75k damage instead of 303.

    It's not attached to any scroll item, so player's can't scribe it. BUT a heroic character will get it as part of their spell auto-scribe grant. What it can do in the hands of a player is in my sig.

    Reminds me of when Sanctum Somnium mobs suddenly got this unresistable mez when RoF came out.

    Amazing how old mobs can get massively overpowered all the time, but fixes we ask for for years go unanswered.
