Heroic char and Rk. II

hi I made a heroic char and he didn't receive any rk. II spells is this now the way it is or do heroic chars still receive rk. II?

I was wondering the same thing, i heard other peoples gold heroic characters got rk2s. I have 4 gold accounts and 2 silver accounts, none of the free heroic characters I made got rk2 spells.

When I upgraded existing toons to heroic, I received all rank 2s. When I made a fresh heroic char, it did not come with rank 2s. I think this is working as intended.

I didn't get any RK II spells on 3 gold and two silver accounts. I created HCs both free and paid.

out of the 6 accounts (4 gold, 2 silver) i did upgrade 1 existing character on a gold account, that character does not have any rank 2 spells.

can we get a answer? from support? on this issue?

I think it may have been level 90 or 95 and above that got the Rk. II spells if upgraded from my personal experience.
