We have this mount change (fixed so speed matches fastest mount you own), plus we have the increase to slots in the short-term buff window. I'm really hoping those two things are leading up to the HP/mana component of many of the mounts being split off in to a separate buff. That way a buff block could be done to eliminate the stacking issues with the Eyepatch as well as Pact of Wolf/Wurine. It would be the logical next step.
I'm not sure what you mean by this post. Do you mean that the mount does move at the fastest speed but you left it off of the list above because it was listed incorrectly, or do you mean that it is supposed to move at the fastest speed but does not and will be fixed soon(tm)? If it is not too much trouble, please let us know when we can add it to the list, if we ever can. Thank you very much for posting the list.
(Not counting illusion) Buff was 1 buff, then they split it into 2 buffs (which I did not like, takes another buff slot) Back on 1/21 they moved the HP buff to Gunthak Fortitude to make those with Pact of the wolf and Pact of the Wurine people happy. Nice for those people some of us still wish it was 1 buff your almost asking for it to be split again into 3 buffs
Is there any way to obtain the glowing green, red or white drums in game? I've only seen the gold ticket reward the glowing black drum.
As it stands right now I have the dragonscale skystrider and have done the quest to upgrade it. The eyepatch still gives more stats so I end up using emp ssra horse. I'd love for the eyepatch stats to stay while still being able to use the cool looking mount. I'm guessing this is code work but it would be nice.
Would be nice if a developer would say. They show up on Item Collectors some how, but I've never seen one, other than that and the black from casino of course. Yther Ore.
I'd rather they spilt out the mount buffs than the illusion buffs or just got rid of them, I'm sick and tired of others buffs removing my mount.
They tried doing this by adding an additional buff to the eyepatch, but it still requires you to click one of them off. I've been saying for MONTHS now, just separate the mount buff with the mount stat buff, that way the stacking issue will bump heads but you still get the mount on.
I can not summon my puma mount with Pact of the Wurine on me because of the buffs the mount adds. I normally use my Worg mount because of it. So now i dont bother with any of the mounts in the SC because of it. They all seem to add a hp/stam buff which conflicts with Pact of Wurine
I Pm'd Dzarn back in February. He replied that he would like to split the mount/stat buff at some point, but wasn't able to predict when there would be time on his schedule for it.
If you're doing the achievement for Prime just for a raid speed mount then you're seriously taking the long route. I could probably hit level 100 on three accounts and get ghostbridle on all 3 before I finished the achievements for Underfoot. The way I see it is that Prime is just a way to see a progress bar while you're searching for an ant mount of any sort, incase your luck is abysmal with the strong captured one (which it very well can be). Furthermore, achievements can be done with friends, albeit painfully slow while doing loot quests. For someone who isn't confident enough to kill UF nameds alone (and doesn't box) then the prime ant is his "guaranteed" shot at winning the ant if someone else in his group happens to /random a higher number for the captured cliknar. Also, Prime is a black ant, not red. I've been asking for the HP/Mana on mounts to be split since the first marketplace horses were released. My shaman is forevermore chained to the Kirin *sigh*.
It would be great if SOE makes the Pact of the Wolf stackable on mounts that have hp/mana. It kind of sucks to knock players off their mount when the group PotW is cast.
This is just not the case. Running through Wk on my whirligig with my wife (who owns and reused her whirligig) on her nightmare steed she continually fell further and further behind. It is good to know that all slower mounts no longer say "very fast" but that was a nice way to confirm. Further testing of a selyrah mount also showed it lagging behind when trying to keep up with my whirligig.
The mount-speed character flag is still not being stored/processed/inherited properly. I have an assortment of alts, all have Seru/Ssra horsies. They all run the same fast, as they should. When using LoN mounts -- in particular the Steed of War, Cragslither, Flying Carpet -- certain toons inherit the speed properly, while other do not. Have tried re-using the old raid mounts, zoning, relogging, etc. Some remain slower than others.
I agree that this is not increasing the speed of slower horses/mounts. I took a long ride on my Black Chain Horse,the proceeded to take my Selyrah mount and all my other slower mounts for a long ride. Guess what ? NO CHANGE !!! They are still slow. I was really surprised the Selyrah was so dang slow from the get go, that horse cost a small fortune before I finally got lucky and found it ( Please look into this again, maybe something got rolled back during the recent downtime ? Love the heck out of this game, even after 15 years it's the very best way to relax after a hard day We appreciate all your hard work(we really do).

Hey Chandrok, Aren't all of the LoN loot card mounts the fastest available ??? If not , they should be considering how hard they are to get
