Has this quest been removed? I'm unable to locate the quest giver in PoK. If I missed it, I'll get it next year, but wanted to get the achievement.
It looks like the Quest giver was removed, given that is was a seasonal quest, makes sense. However, those who had completed the task / achievement were told to come back on patch day for our "real reward". Not sure if this is something devs forgot about or if i'm just missing something.
Actually, at first the Emissary did state about two weeks. However, his text changed to come back in 15 days. Given the time frame referenced went from vague to specific, I assumed *something* would happen in 15 days. Apparently, that something was nothing more than the removal of the quest NPC. Surprise!
Seems something has been left out. You were directed to return about the 17th. But, there is nobody there to be directed to. Seems another anniversary quest problem.
That is the April Fool's joke part of this quest. I can't believe many of you were actually expecting more for a ten minute quest. RoFL
Is this quest gonna go live again or is it permanently out? Or are they waiting to include it with the implementation of PoWar on the second? anyone know?
It was up last year on Bristlebane Day. This year on Bristlebane Day. So I would assume it will be back next year on Bristlebane Day.
Achievement: Bristlebane Day - A Fool's Errand This achievement is gained upon completing the Bristlebane Day quest 'A Fool's Errand'. - Emissary of Bristlebane in New Tanaan - A Fool's Errand Reward: None
I was under the impression bristlebane day was april 1rst. It is currently april 1rst and the NPC isnt in the game. Thats the question. According to all sources today is bristlebane day. http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=6806. Ive played everyday this year... I dont recall bristlebane day passing me by. But thanks for the response in any event. Pretty certain only a dev can answer this question at this point.
