You have the same issue everyone is having, you have a blank lockout preventing almost all luclin raid bosses spawning in instance.
Yeah that blank lockout is preventing almost all motm luclin mobs from spawning in instance
Universal lockout across all luclin instances is sad day.
You mean like skipping all the VT bosses and go straight to aten hara thus burning a lockout just to try and get a server first serverwide?
