“Stability and log in issues have been the norm since original release... it is nothing new. Voicing your opinion on the forums will not be responded to by the staff. As paying customers you are reinforcing their failure to act responsible by continuing to support this game and it's lousy programming/hardware/customer service, etc.

If enough people complain via the forums they may placate the masses by providing a day of extra bonus experience or a useless familiar. The only to force change is by action... or in this case reaction.

Cancel your memberships for a couple months and find a better game that does not cause you repetitive grief. The loss of revenue they experience will demonstrate the customer base is fed up. All companies respond to loss of revenue.

I cancelled mine... I will no longer waste my time or money on a company who treats it's paying customers like this.”
