Trinket of The Far Frozen Wastes?

What exactly is this? I can't find any information on EQ Resource, Fanbyte, or in Game about this. I asked other players in game and they seemed confounded as well. Can someone enlighten me, please? Thank you, in Advance

I wonder if this was the original self port item from the Collectors edition of the expansion. If it recall correctly, WW was supposed to be the destination zone, before it was changed to Cobalt scar...But the recast time on that may throw it out. But its a guess.

I heard it was a reward for Vaniki servers

Ahh, Good find. I dont read much on the progression servers.

I try not to either but I am a port hoarder so had to go dig up any info on it.

This is correct, it now ports you just to the left of the tunnel to ToV as you face it, rather than under Sontalak.

Looks like this:

TOV? I thought is was for the old Western Wastes on the progression servers.

ToV = Temple of Veeshan entrance, not Torment of Velious (although that zone would be from Claws of Veeshan heh)

I thought the trinket would be a nice way to check Vaniki in Dragon Necropolis.

The Signet of the Crystal Circle (Shard's Landing teleport) -> Breeding Grounds -> Dragon Necropolis remains the superior route imo.
