ToL Collects

Going to be lazy ... I admit it.

Anyone have a good write up for where the various ToL collects come from?

Going to start focusing on finishing up the remaining ones and it would be nice to know if they are ground spawns vs kills vs kills in the heroic missions.

I have been using this list successfully.

That is a special kind of lazy not even doing a search.

I did actually try to find the information on allakazam. I found the achievements but not where they were coming from.
