Ancient Coahilition is not procing: 1. Another Shaman casts on me, 2. I receive their buff in buff window with 120 proc/timer 3. I target self and begin casting heals 4. The timer counts down but the 120 procs never count down and no procs occur *All heal spells are with in spell description, sometimes it counts down and sometimes it doesnt! * This has been confirmed with other shaman as doing the same thing

ive never tired to have the buff on my self but i know it does proc on my tanks when my clr heals them , you have to actually be healed by it the spell info above says the heal needs to be more then 6k it wont proc at full hp
