    *** Highlights ***
    - (Test Server Only) Ported the servers and clients to 64-bit. This will not be released to the live servers this month.

    *** Items ***

    - Bloodied Luclinite Corrupted Garnets now have a chance to drop off more enemies in Terror of Luclin zones.
    - Fishing in Terror of Luclin zones will no longer give Small Twigs.
    - The weapon ornaments offered in the Royal Antonican Weapon Ornament Pack will now have the option of exchanging them for any other ornament offered in that pack.
    - Made Mouths of Baraguj Szuul, Mystical Essence of Wind, Mystical Essence of Smoke, Mystical Essence of Mist, and Mystical Essence of Dust quest items.
    - The Servant's Sustenance augmentation has had its Heroic Stamina corrected.
    - Bow of Nightfall, Shade Bow, and Luclinite Ensanguined Longbow will now correctly grant Prismatic Ward AA ranks instead of casting Prismatic Ward.
    - Fixed a typo on the Olive Branch Bow's name.
    - Faded Waxing Crescent armor containers are no longer Lore or No Trade.
    - Two new sets of Hero's Forge armor are now available, and can be acquired through Terror of Luclin group and raid content.
    - Raid tier Bard breastplate click effects now correctly work on spells leveled 105-120.
    - Fixed the spell description for several ranks of Alleviating Burst so it no longer links to an unknown spell.
    - The description for Secretion of the Mamba on Torment of Velious and Claws of Veeshan rogue pants now matches the rank of poison given.
    - Corrected typos in the spell description for Personal Hemic Source.
    - Blood-soaked weapons are now less icy in appearance.
    - Removed the secondary equip slot from Ornate Restless Great Axe.
    - Rain of Fear Collector's Edition collection items now correctly state that you need to own Rain of Fear Collector's Edition or Painting: Shard's Landing in order to collect them.
    - Avanish weapon ornament descriptions should now be more accurate in terms of what type of weapons they work on.
    - A message is now displayed when loot is left on a corpse after expiring from the Advanced Loot Window
    - Fixed a small typo in lore text for Shiny House Key.
    - Attempting to enter a zone you do not have access to with the Fellowship Registration Insignia will no longer give you an item recast timer.
    - Item descriptions for Sword of Truth Template ornaments are now more accurate.


    *** Tradeskills ***

    - Tradeskill drop rates in Terror of Luclin zones have been increased.
    - Foraging rates in Terror of Luclin zones have been increased for items specific to Terror of Luclin. Items in these zones not specific to Terror of Luclin have had foraging rates decreased.
    - Fixed typos in the Free-Range Egg and Snake versions of Meat Lover's Omelet recipe names.
    - Recipe names should now match product names in Terror of Luclin recipes.
    - Some recipes found in Of Flowing Blood Volume 9 have been adjusted for accuracy.


    *** Quests & Events ***

    - We have removed the replay timers on all Agent of Change instances. The lockouts will remain, of course.
    - The Gigglegibber goblins have updated the Quest Saga of the Empty Purse, from Ticking Dolly to Clicking Dolly, to reflect which doll is required to complete the step.
    - The Gigglegibber goblins have also reminded Belumb to check which expansions are live before he can task out his quest.
    - The Gigglegibber goblins have fixed the issue with the Misplaced Dollies collection not giving experience.
    - The Gigglegibber goblins have updated the Frostfell: Braxi Roundup achievement to correctly reflect Santug Claugg's Helper.
    - It will no longer be possible to reset the Close the Gate raid after it has been won.
    - Fixed an issue where stealth characters would cause the shimmering presence to not spawn for "Live as Brothers or Die as Fools" quest.
    - The last mission challenge achievement for the Terror of Luclin mission "Close the Gate" has been updated with a more accurate name and description:
    - - - "Close the Gate: Incomplete Shadows"
    - - - "Do not allow the light and dark orbs created by Pli Liako to overlap."
    - The Aten Ha Ra mission is now restricted to from 1 to 6 people instead of 6 to 54.
    - Adjusted the exp from the npcs in the "Threading the Loop" quest to reduce an exploit.
    - In the Free the Goranga event, the pli senshali will have to wait a little while after being called into the fight before they can start killing people.
    - The rumbling ground particle will now match the area where the danger lies when battling the Zelnithak.
    - The Doomshade will now increase the number of doom targets by 1 each time it activates, instead of 2.
    - Fixed a bug that would allow completion of the Each in Turn achievement when it was actually failed in the Netherbian Swarm Commander raid.
    - Kratakel, Lord Misery will now choose proper targets for his daggers in the Close the Gate mission.
    - Made a speculative fix to issues that caused people to be teleported to odd places when falling off platforms in the Oubliette of Light, both Raid and Mission.
    - Fixed an issue with Terro Kai not continuing the "Live as Brothers or Perish as Fools" quest.
    - Close the Gate Raid
    - - Kratakel, Lord Misery will no longer call out NPCs for nightmares.
    - - Never Awaken, Neck Slice, and Touch of Light will do more damage.
    - The Journeyman's Compass now recognizes explorers who have ventured to every zone released with the Claws of Veeshan and Terror of Luclin expansions.
    - When trying to defeat Aten Ha Ra, in both the mission and the raid, taking too long will also cause unstable shadows to appear as reinforcements.
    - The Key of Veeshan achievement will now unlock under the same conditions as the Cipher of Veeshan achievement, removing the need to speak to Enrid Ebonclaw to re-obtain the original key.
    - Made changes and bug fixes to the Shei Vinitras Raid:
    - - – Moved Shei Vinitras to the edge of the platform
    - - – Fixed a typo in the timeout/wipe response from Shei Vinitras
    - - – Fixed the issue the kept Shei Vinitras locked at 2% health
    - - – Changed Mark of Vinitras to be in the songs buff window (Also made this change to the mission version of this spell)
    - Only the person that hands the Runed Coldain Prayer Shawl to General Bragmur will be able to hand it to the Avatar of Below to get the final shawl.
    - The Extended Target Window Tutorial Quest from Secalna Galnor no longer has cut-off text in the last tutorial window.
    - The Marketplace Tutorial Quest with Secalna Galnor has been modernized to reflect the current Marketplace window.
    - Caden Zharik in the Plane of Knowledge has corrected his Parcel tutorial to be more complete.
    - The "Ring of Slime" event should now work properly in the progression server instance of Cazic-Thule.
    - Updated Shadow Valley Terrilon's Merc quests drop rate up to three times as much.
    - Basilica of Adumbration partisan quests now have 1 hour replay timers instead of 30 minutes.
    - Fixed an error that allowed hailing any NPC other than the intended target to progress the Vex Thal "Even If They Weren't So Great" and "Sincerely, Cissela" quests.
    - Fixed an error that allowed hailing any NPC other than the intended target to progress the Basilica of Adumbration "When Soul Meets Soul" quest.
    - Akheva in Vex Thal can now be headshot.
    - Creatures introduced in The Burning Lands, Torment of Velious, Claws of Veeshan, and Terror of Luclin expansions now correctly count towards Slayer achievements and can be the targets of Banestrike.


    *** Spells ***

    - Added 20 pages to the spellbook.
    - Beastlord - Corrected the spelling of emnity in several spells in the Bestial Vivisection line. You may now growl with enmity.
    - Berserker - Corrected the name of Frothing Rage Rk. II. Previously both ranks II and III were named Rk. III.
    - Bard item benefit spells Niv's Melody of Preservation, Wind of Marr, and Doben's Spry Sonata Rk. II should no longer have stacking issues with other longer duration buffs.
    - Enchanter - Enchant Refined Velium now refers to the correct component of Refined Velium.
    - Druid - Added ranks II and III of Moonwhisper Crystals to the Glowing Etched Bloodstone and Glowing Shadowscribed Parchment reward sets. While Rank I now does slightly less damage, ranks II and III are more powerful.
    - Druid - Renamed Onyx Blessing to Luclinite Blessing to match the single target version of the spell.
    - Druid - Added the spell Howling Hail at level 116. It is available alongside Cinch of Ro.
    - Druid and Wizard - Corrected the spell descriptions for all spells that teleport to Shadow Valley.
    - Shaman - Renamed Antediluvian Interruption to Antediluvian Intervention.


    *** AA ***

    - AAs assigned to Ring of Scale will now correctly auto grant if Terror of Luclin is unlocked.
    - Updated the following Monk AAs:
    - - - Class >> Weapon Mastery of the Katori (Increased the two-hand blunt damage modifier for ranks 70-75)
    - - - Class >> Zan Fi's Whistle (Increased the hand-to-hand, one-hand blunt, two-hand blunt, and flying kick damage modifiers for ranks 31 and 32)
    - - - Class >> Zan Fi's Whistle (Increased the skill attack damage percent modifier for ranks 31 and 32)
    - Updated the following Wizard AAs:
    - - - Class >> Arcane Fury (Reduced the max level of spells that can be buffed by the rank 12 spell to 120)
    - - - Class >> Arcane Fusion (Reduced the hate gain on the new rank)
    - - - Class >> Mana Burn (Reduced the hate gain on the new rank)
    - - - Focus >> Evoker's Synergy (Updated rank 14 to only focus "Thaumaturgic Vortex")

    - - - Flames of Power (Updated the counter increase on rank 8 to be 3 instead of 2)

    - - - Class >> Turgur's Swarm / Turgur's Virulent Swarm (Updated the description of rank 10 to correctly indicate that the strength debuff is slightly weaker than the dexterity and agility debuffs)
    - - - Class >> Union of Spirits (Updated ranks 22-36 to have buff components comparable to ranks 30-42 of Ancestral Aid, which will once again let Union of Spirits correctly overwrite Ancestral Aid)

    *** NPCs ***

    - Most basepop in raids will now be affected by fling and knockback.
    - Corrected an issue that caused Claws of Veeshan raid targets to have increased HP coinciding with the launch of Terror of Luclin, these targets have had their HP reduced to pre-ToL values.
    - Bloodfalls bats are no longer displaying false modesty, but now have a weak power level to go with their weak tag.
    - Added dialogues to the Spell and Augment vendors in Maiden's eye (ToL).
    - The issue with occasional 5 minute combat timers is fixed.
    - Adjusted the area where the Stonegrabber NPCs can be targeted.
    - Rare NPCs in Bloodfalls and Basilica of Adumbration have been eating well and have grown tougher.
    - Corrected an issue where base NPCs in Ka Vethan wouldn't allow fling, gravitate, or shadowstep.
    - Corrected an issue with how the Shades in Ka Vethan appeared.
    - Solusek goblin casters in Lavastorm no longer have expansive mana pools, and how have mana in line with similar level mobs.
    - Charmed NPCs in Torment of Velious, Claws of Veeshan, and Terror of Luclin have been made stronger.


    *** Mercenaries ***

    - Restless Orc, Othmir, and Stonegrabber mercenaries now equip proper focus items.


    *** Collections ***

    - Added Gnome Memorial Mountain collection items to the Overseer collection item dispenser.


    *** Overseer ***

    - Added the critical success rewards for Claws of Veeshan tradeskill items.
    - Fixed a bug where Overseer quests would sometimes stop rotating and max active quests would be stuck at 1.


    *** Progression Servers ***

    - Adjusted the "rarity" of Planes of Power raid NPCs. This will affect how much loot they get, not what loot they get. Also moved a few NPCs to different buckets.
    - On progression servers, Vex Thal instances obtained with a lockout for a boss will no longer spawn their associated akhevan warders (those that are despawned on that boss's death).
    - Added some additional items for monks and beastlords in the Shadows of Luclin era Umbral Plains.
    - Updated Miragul to be a standard live server.


    *** Miscellaneous ***

    - Fixed the zone line between Bloodfalls and the Castle Mstmoore so it will show on find and function properly in the zone guide. This is not a fix to the other way around.
    - Addressed an issue that could cause achievements to not properly allow for completion after a zone is repopped.
    - Shadow Valley now looks shadowy, like it actually exists in the Plane of Shadow.
    - Renamed the "CPUAffinity" setting to "ClientCore" in the eqclient.ini file. The new default has been set to "-1" which allows the client to run on any and multiple cores. Setting a number other than the default will still force the client to run on a specific core.
    - Added a coin sound when you receive alternate currency.
    - - Updated zoning logic to better balance players across a zone's available instances.
    - - - The 5 minute pickzone timer should now only apply when using /pickzone.
    - Added the "/kickplayers raid" command which allows a raid leader to remove everyone from their raid.
    - When receiving an AA experience reward, text will inform the player of any AA experience gained.


    *** UI ***

    - Fixed the Raid Window to save and persist the adjusted sizes of the 'Players in a Group' and 'Players not in a Group' lists.
    - Removed the auto consent options from the Options Window and turned them on by default. These options can still be disabled from within your character's INI file in the Defaults section with the property AutoConsentGroup, AutoConsentRaid, or AutoConsentGuild set to either 1 or 0.
    - Added option to the chat context menu dropdown to allow players to change the font size in a specific window.
    - Fixed an annoyance where the reward selection window list would reset its vertical position each time a reward option was selected for preview.
    - Added a minimum required player count to the dynamic zone window.
    - - Added a minimum, maximum, and current player count to the Shared Task tab of the task window.
    - Decreased the space that targets take up in the extended target window.
    - NPCs with locked HP will now report damage they are taking more accurately. Damage will include the (Locked) tag if it was a partial hit on an NPC with locked HP. If no damage occurred, it will not be reported.
    - Added the ability to sort the members in the Fellowship Window by any of the columns.

    - Basic NPCs in the Terror of Luclin expansion will drop coins.
    - Fixed an issue with Terro Kai not continuing the "Live as Brothers or Perish as Fools" quest.
    - Corrected an issue where quests that awarded the same item you turned in would result in a lore item error.
    - Corrected an issue where the Teleportation Item Key Ring slots were not available for purchase.
    - Corrected an issue where items could not be removed from the Familiar or Illusion Key Rings.

    Does this mean that things like PoF charm birds will drop less loot and things like Quarm will drop more?

    Does this mean you'll have to wait even longer after doing first quest to request 2nd? I haven't done them in a few weeks but that was really annoying to finish the first and be waiting another 20min(or 50 now?).

    I hope I misunderstood.

    I hope this doesn't end up like bloodfalls, that zone is nearly impossible to see in.

    Lots of good stuff in this patch otherwise, glad to see so many useful updates.

    The lockout from first was preventing you from getting the 2nd though, so still could affect it.

    No fix to wizard Spire of Arcanum level 115 restriction, needs another rank

    I wish beta testers could evaluate the changes for unpublished raids for balance. Aside from that, this seems to be a good set of changes

    Disappointed to not see type 3 augs. New bard chants are not worth using without the extra tic granted by the augs. Old chants are better.

    Strange I would have expected it in the test patch notes though. Maybe it was excluded because the same notes are used for the live patch.

    I love you guys, but you really need to figure this stuff out BEFORE an expansion drops, not over 1/3 of the way through the time its open. Please hire someone who can plan ahead and put them in charge of scheduling/planning. You desperately need this.

    Would have been nicer an expansion ago. Better uselessly late then never I guess.

    Again, we asked for this BEFORE luclin dropped. Better late then never I guess.

    That would be my guess too. The 64bit upgrade is probably just a compiler setting at this point, so the "bitness" is not related to code changes, and therefore does not appear in the patch-notes.

    I can't imagine them pushing 64 bit to Test and not proclaiming it from the mountaintop as a BIG DEAL.

    Maybe the "true test" is, if people would notice the upgrade...:p

    PR aside, it is one of those "under the hood" changes, where people shouldn't notice any big differences(apart from performance improvements).

    Unless it specifically says "(32 bit)" in the title in the task manager, then it is a 64bit application.

    On live, it says: "eqgame.exe (32 bit)".
